Roast is for all things coffee. While most of our coffee is made at home (see picture of home espresso machine), we love to try new coffee shops locally and when we travel. We focus on the ambiance, the roast, and of course, the drink itself. On this journey, there’s so much to learn, and I look forward to sharing my experiences here.

Coffee in Cabo
Earlier this year, we took our annual trip to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Located at the southern tip of the Baja Peninsula, Cabo is a second home for us, and we’ve been going there for the last 10 years (less the Covid years).
